Across two sessions, you will craft your Story of Self. I will pull from my years of experience as an attorney and public narrative coach to guide you through the process of writing your Story. I’ll share live feedback through coaching questions and prompts to help you dig deeper. By identifying the values you care about and sharing what gives you hope in the future, you will craft your own Story that reminds you why you pursued this career path you did...or that opens up the possibility to pursue new options!
Deliverable: Upon completion of the workshop, you will receive a 3 page Story of Self Document that includes direct coaching questions on your Story document, a summary of questions to continue reflecting on, and strategies for how to use your story to effectively ground and guide your professional decisions. Crafting Your Story of Now

Are you facing a challenge that you need others to help you urgently address right now? Are you struggling to get others to care enough about this issue to act? By virtue of your educational background, being an attorney gifts you with a large amount of power to wield...for good or for bad. But how will you choose to use that power? And for what purpose?
In this session, we will use storytelling to move beyond just the numbers and statistics of the issue before you. By honoring the lived experiences of those impacted by the challenge, you will craft a story of now that motivates us to take action.
In this session, we will:
Learn to turn the challenge you are facing into a nightmare we must urgently address
Articulate what the community will look like when this challenge is solved
Write a story of now that motivates us to act immediately
Craft a specific and meaningful ask tailored to your audience
At the end of our session, you will receive a 3-5 page Story of Now Brief that includes direct coaching questions on your story draft, a summary of questions to continue reflecting on, and strategies for how to use your story to motivate others to act. While your Story of Now draft gives you a script to respond to an urgent challenge you face right now, the Story of Now Brief also provides tools to support you in crafting responses to future challenges you will face in your professional career.

Strategic Planning to Address Leadership Challenges
2 Sessions - Package Starts at $1,299
Are you facing a challenge at work that is negatively impacting your office culture and productivity? Are you wondering what you can do to support your employees to respond to adversity more effectively?

In the 1st session, we will:
Diagnose the type of challenge you and/ or your office is facing

In moments of crisis or unknown stress, your employees will turn to you. Our goal is for you to know what to say and how to say it so that your office can continue to move forward with hope instead of remaining in place due to anger or fear.

Workshop Overview
This workshop draws from my experience as an attorney, teacher, and DEI facilitator – creating a workshop that builds individual confidence and employee rapport. Through storytelling, attorneys will identify how multiple identities have impacted and continue to impact their experience as an attorney throughout their career and in their current job.
These lived experiences and shared values will allow us to create specific and individualized strategies to address the identified challenges and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and their profession.
Across 4 sessions, employees will:
Craft their own stories of self that reflect challenges they have overcome in their profession
Define values they share with their coworkers and the community you serve
Share choices they have made to act on their values that make them the attorney and individual they are today.
Candidly discuss the challenges of being an attorney and the power dynamic that can create with community members - both good and bad
Building Individual Confidence and Workplace Rapport
This workshop is designed to be individualized and specific for each employee. In discussing the intersection of different identities within the professional space, employees will reflect on their own lived experiences being an attorney in this sector.
Deliverable
At the end of our session, attorneys will receive a 5 page Strategy Document that details specific strategies your coworkers and workplace can take to address the challenges you collectively identify.
