We all have ideas for how to strengthen the communities we call home, and we know that relying on others to make these changes happen is often a lost cause or at best a slow process. You bring the intimate knowledge of your community, and I bring the skills and strategic planning for community organizing. Together we can start to make the dreams for your community a reality.

That said, I do this work as a consultant and facilitator for a variety of individuals and organizations, adapting materials for college campuses, athletic departments, grassroots organizers, community groups and leaders in the private sector.
Strategic Planning

Then this session is for you.
In this session, we will address a specific challenge you are facing in your campaign. Some challenges include:
How do I decide who I am organizing?
How can I create a sustainable infrastructure?
How do I build a campaign that brings people in?
What events should I hold?
What order should I hold the events?
What outcome should we be working towards?
How will we measure success?
Through direct coaching, I will provide specific tools and strategies to improve your campaign so that you are utilizing the resources of your community and building the power of your constituency as you go. After the call, I will send an Action Document with information, coaching questions, and specific strategies to use moving forward.

Launching Your Team
2 Sessions - Package Starts at $649
Do you have an excited and motivated new team of people, but you are not sure where to begin? Are you struggling to figure out how to share the workload equitably while also making sure to listen to the unique perspectives of your team members?
In this workshop, we will launch your team to make sure the foundation and structure are in place for a successful campaign.
In the 1st session, we will:
Develop a shared purpose
Clarify who you want to organize
In the 2nd session, we will:
Solidify leadership team norms
Assign roles to team members
Clients will leave with a 5 page Clarity Document that recaps the commitments your team has made to one another and strategies for how to support and hold one another accountable throughout the campaign process.

Tipping the Scales: How to Build Power in Your Community
3 Sessions - Package Starts at $949
Are you tired of waiting for people in power to address challenges in your community? Are you wondering how to bring your community together to address a shared challenge?

In this workshop, we will:
Clarify who your constituency is

Brainstorm creative tactics that will build leadership skills of your constituency
Order tactics and events into a timeline that will build momentum over time
